Who these terms are between
BLML is a chat app built and run by Hung Ngo. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
You must not use BLML to post, send or share:
- content that is sexual and involves anyone under 18, in any form;
- threats, harassment, bullying, or content that targets people for who they are;
- hateful, violent or terrorist content, or content that encourages self-harm;
- pornography, or sexual content sent to people who did not ask for it;
- spam, scams, impersonation, or other people’s private information;
- anything illegal where you or the recipient live.
There is no tolerance for this. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and accounts that break them are suspended or deleted, without warning.
Reporting and blocking
You can block any user and report any user or group from inside the app (open the chat, then its info page, then Block and report). Reports go to the operator. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours; content found to break these terms is removed and the user responsible is removed from the service. You can also report by email to hungnv26@gmail.com.
Your account
You are responsible for what is sent from your account. Use your own name or a name the people you talk to will recognise, and your own phone number: entering someone else’s number to appear as them is impersonation and ends your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account and Security → Delete account; what is removed and what is kept is set out on its own page.
Your content and privacy
What you send stays yours. The server stores it only to deliver it to the people you send it to. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
BLML is provided as it is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it running and your messages safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and are not liable for loss caused by using it, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Continuing to use BLML after a change means you accept it. Questions: hungnv26@gmail.com.
