I build, research, write, and help organisations transform.
My path hasn't been a straight line — and that's the point. Each turn taught me something the next one needed.
I started as a software developer, learning how systems really work under the hood. Then I ran a manufacturing company as CEO, where I learned that technology only matters if it survives contact with real operations, real people, and real constraints.
I've founded startups, directed motorsport events to international standards, and trained officials for government bodies. Today I bring all of it together as an AI consultant — helping businesses adopt AI in a way that's practical, grounded, and actually gets used.
This website is my headquarters. Everything I build, research, and write eventually lives here.

Mission
To help businesses and people navigate the AI era with clarity — turning a confusing, hype-filled moment into practical advantage.
Values
Substance over noise. Build things that are actually used. Teach generously. Prefer one excellent thing over ten average ones.
Current focus
AI consulting for SMEs, building practical AI software, and publishing frameworks that make the AI shift concrete.
Future vision
A personal think tank where books, research, software, and teaching compound into something lasting.
Motorsport
Alongside my work in technology, I've served as a sporting director and official in motorsport — organising races, applying international safety and regulatory standards, and training officials for government bodies. It's where I learned to run complex, high-stakes operations under pressure, with zero room for hand-waving.
Writing
Books, essays, and frameworks on AI, business, and living deliberately. Quality over quantity — every piece answers a real question.
