My path hasn't been a straight line — and that's the point. Each turn taught me something the next one needed.
I've spent more than a decade running companies as CEO — first in manufacturing, then in e-commerce. Running real operations, real teams, and a real P&L is the lens I bring to every technology decision: a tool only matters if it survives contact with daily operations.
Around that I've built and served widely: I started as a software developer at FPT working for Hitachi, co-founded startups including an apartment-booking platform, and led motorsport in Vietnam — Sporting Manager of the national association, trained by the FIA as Clerk of the Course for the inaugural Formula 1 Vietnam Grand Prix. Different worlds, one thread: complex operations, international standards, no room for hand-waving.
Today it converges in one role — AI consultant. This website is my headquarters: everything I build, research, and write eventually lives here.

Motorsport
As Sporting Manager of the Vietnam Motorsport Association, I led the development and governance of motorsport across the country — regulations, safety protocols, and event licensing aligned with FIA frameworks, and the training of marshals, stewards, and officials nationwide. For the inaugural Formula 1 Vietnam Grand Prix (Hanoi 2020), I was part of the core planning team and trained under the FIA as Clerk of the Course — the role responsible for the safe running of the race itself. It's where I learned to run complex, high-stakes operations under pressure, to international standards.
