Overview
A mobile-first app that reframes your phone as an executive decision surface. Cloud AI agents do the work; the decisions they can't make alone land in an approval inbox you can triage with swipe-speed gestures — each agent resuming work the moment you decide. A Home surface shows at a glance how many decisions wait, what's critical, and what every agent is doing.
Problem
AI-agent teams are becoming real, and the bottleneck has moved: it's no longer labor, it's human judgment. A small-business owner running agents is time-poor, decision-rich, and away from a desk most of the day. If approving an agent's next step requires opening a laptop, the agents spend their time waiting — and the human becomes the slowest part of the system.
Solution
An inbox designed for one-handed use in the gaps of a day: swipe to approve or reject, command-line-style bulk actions for batches, critical alerts surfaced above the fold. Built as a PWA-style web app wrapped in a native iOS shell, so it works everywhere and feels native on the phone. The design target is concrete: twenty pending decisions triaged in under five minutes.
Lessons learned
Human-in-the-loop is not a checkbox — it's a UX problem. Agents are only as useful as the speed of the judgment loop above them, and most of the value came from ruthless attention to triage speed: what information each decision card shows, and how few gestures a decision takes.
Future improvements
Decision policies that learn from your history — so routine approvals automate themselves and only genuinely new judgment calls reach the inbox.
